Steven Ochs

Steven started in the mortgage business over 16 years ago. He has been employed as a mortgage banker with Citi mortgage as well as a mortgage broker with GreenStreet Financial Group. “ I personally like the greater flexibility in loan products and programs to assist my clients”. As a former business owner he is comfortable working with self-employed buyers and has the patience to deal with the first time Homebuyer.

Steven is driven to provide first class service, excellent communication, creativity and flexibility to make sure that the financial package offered meets the goals and needs of the borrower. “Quite often I’m working with a client’s accountant or financial planner to pick and choose which loan program works best.”

With well over a decade of experience in mortgaging I have been involved with referrals from all facets of the Real Estate community including Real Estate professionals, Attorney, Cpa’s and Builder/ Developers (The Ranches at Long Lake Estates in Port Jefferson Station, NY and Wind Crest in Smithtown NY.

When not working on mortgages Steven is involved with camping, or running or sailing.  He is the Cubmaster of Pack 228 in Saint James; He has completed two NYC Marathons and is looking forward to cruising in the Bahamas
